Terms of Use

It shows apartments we have available, what they cost, and how to arrange a tour. Nothing here is an offer to lease, and submitting the enquiry form does not reserve an apartment or create a tenancy. A lease exists only once both sides have signed one.

Rents and availability change constantly and are not guaranteed. Figures shown reflect what we believe to be current at the time the page was generated; the rent quoted to you may differ by the time you apply, and an apartment shown as available may already be taken. Prices exclude deposits, fees, utilities, and parking unless stated.

Square footage is approximate. Floor plans are representations, not measured drawings, and the apartment you tour may differ from the images shown.

Where a page states when its figures were last refreshed, treat that as the accurate answer to how current they are.

We comply with the Fair Housing Act and applicable state and local fair housing laws. We do not refuse to rent, set different terms, or otherwise discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, or disability, or any other class protected where the apartment is located.

If you need a reasonable accommodation or modification because of a disability, at any point from browsing this site to living in one of our buildings, contact us at leasing@easyrental.ai and we will work through it with you.

Please do not:

• submit enquiries under someone else's name or contact details;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site outside of what our robots.txt permits — our listing data is available as a structured feed if that is what you need;
• attempt to disrupt the site or gain access to parts of it that are not public.

The text, photography, and layout on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to it freely; republishing the content is a separate conversation.

Some pages link to maps, transit information, and neighbourhood resources we do not control. We link to them because they are useful, not because we vouch for them.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it or from reliance on information that turned out to be out of date. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
