Privacy Policy

When you submit an enquiry. The tour request form asks for your name and email address, both required. It also accepts your phone number, intended move-in date, preferred tour time, bedroom count, and a free-text message. You choose whether to fill those in.

How you found us. Alongside your enquiry we record the campaign parameters in the link you arrived on (utm_source, utm_medium and similar), the page you submitted from, and the referring site if your browser sent one. We use this to work out which listings and channels actually produce enquiries.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies in your browser and records pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device type, and whether you submitted the enquiry form. Google processes this data on our behalf.

We do not ask for and do not store payment details, social security numbers, income information, or any other document you would submit as part of a rental application. This site does not process applications.

Enquiries are stored in Amazon DynamoDB in Amazon Web Services' US West (Oregon) region, and a copy of each one is emailed to our leasing team through Amazon SES. AWS hosts the data; it does not use it for anything of its own.

Analytics data is held by Google under its own terms. Nothing else is shared. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

Enquiries are kept while we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Ask us to delete yours and we will. Google Analytics retains its data on its own schedule, currently 14 months.

• See, correct, or delete what we hold. Email leasing@easyrental.ai and we will act on it.
• Stop being tracked by analytics. Install Google's opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies for this site in your browser settings. The site works either way.
• Stop hearing from us. Reply to any message from our leasing team and say so.

The California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information a business has collected about you, to have it deleted, to correct it, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. The section above is how you do all four — write to us and we will respond.

We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

This site is meant for people looking to rent an apartment and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will remove it.
