Remove a listing from the map
Last updated October 2026
Our rental map and chat assistant show listings collected from other listing sites. If one of them is yours and you want it off Easy Rental, tell us and we will take it down.
Who can ask
- The owner of the property, or the company that manages it.
- The listing site the listing or photo came from.
- A photographer whose image appears with a listing.
If the listing is simply out of date (let, withdrawn, or the price has changed), tell us too. It will also drop off the map at the next data refresh once the source removes it.
How to ask
Email leasing@easyrental.ai with the subject line “Listing removal” and include:
- The full street address, including unit number if there is one, or the link to the listing on the site it came from. A link to the map view on Easy Rental works as well.
- Whether you want the whole listing removed or only a photo.
- Your name and your connection to the property or the listing.
For a copyright claim over a photograph, the formal notice described on our copyright page also applies.
What happens next
We aim to remove the listing or photo within two business days of receiving a request we can act on, and we reply to confirm when it is done. If we need more information to find the listing, we ask rather than guess.
Removal takes the listing off the map and out of the chat assistant's suggestions. It does not affect the listing on the site it came from — that is between you and that site.
